The SAAS base HER system is based in Oklahoma and has been operational since 1998. In early 2002, we took charge of its development and support service. We have since worked on the system’s maintenance and updates, as well as the enhancements and upgrades on the projects newer modules. It is a a project of Millennium Information Services.
